About Me

I’m an experienced freelance journalist and these days have been described as a prolific novelist. I have written for the national press for the past eighteen years and I am the author of six novels – two under the pen-name Fiona Harrison, A PUG LIKE PERCY and A PUPPY CALLED HUGO (HQ, 2017), two WW2 sagas for Orion (THE SPARK GIRL and A WARTIME PROMISE) and now a new series set during the Second World War, the first of which, CHRISTMAS AT LIBERTY’S (Penguin Random House), was a bestseller in 2018. This year, I have two novels being published – THE LIBERTY GIRLS (Penguin Random House) and a contemporary women’s fiction title, THE TIME OF OUR LIVES (Head of Zeus). As well as all that I have found time to ghostwrite a little celebrity fiction, but of course I can mention no names!

I am represented by Kate Burke of Blake Friedmann.
